What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop your skills as a digital marketing expert, learning to navigate the complexities of the industry. Your consultative sales approach will be key in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide tailored solutions.

You will engage in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and presenting Hibu's services effectively. You will also participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
