Job Description
Who you are
You are looking for a new sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. Whether you have some sales experience or are new to sales, you are eager to learn and grow your career with best-in-class training provided by Hibu. You are motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary, with first-year OTE expected to be between $90,000 and $100,000.

You are enthusiastic about helping small businesses succeed and are ready to become a digital marketing expert.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve working within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, which will motivate you to achieve your sales goals.
You will participate in comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work.
