What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon to provide value to your clients. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have access to ongoing companywide support to ensure your continued success and growth within the organization.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000 and $122,000 in your second year. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, and recognizes and incentivizes top performers with annual trips and other rewards.
