What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will drive user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You can expect total on-target earnings of around $90,000 in your first year, with potential increases in subsequent years.
