What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote and sell our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business success.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to be between $85,000-$95,000 in your first year and $100,000-$115,000 in your second year. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Recognition and incentives, such as an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, will motivate you to achieve your sales goals.
