What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and sales growth in the digital marketing space. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that leverage Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, conducting presentations, and closing sales to meet your targets.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. Recognition and incentives, such as an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, will motivate you to excel in your sales efforts.
