What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions that drive their business success. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings projected to reach around $90,000 in your first year. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will also benefit from ongoing support and recognition programs, including the chance to participate in the annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers. Your role will involve a mix of home office work and in-field client meetings, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while achieving sales targets.
