What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. You will leverage your training and support to build relationships and close sales, contributing to your uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure your success in the role. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $46,000 with the potential for significant earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You can expect year-one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, with year-two earnings projected between $105,000 and $125,000. The company provides a flexible work environment, allowing you to balance home office and fieldwork effectively. You will also benefit from an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role.
