What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new customers. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve a mix of in-office and fieldwork, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year. You will participate in ongoing training and receive support from your colleagues to ensure your success. Your contributions will be recognized through various incentives, including the chance to join the annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers.
