Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help small businesses succeed through a consultative sales approach. You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and receive best-in-class training. This position is based in Lubbock, Texas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships. Each day will be different as you work within a wide variety of industries, allowing you to leverage your skills and creativity to meet client needs.

You will receive top-notch training and ongoing support from Hibu, ensuring that you have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings, and closing sales to achieve your targets. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings expected to reach around $85,000 in your first year and between $100,000 and $120,000 in your second year.
