What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will have ongoing support from the company to ensure you are equipped to meet your sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, conducting presentations, and closing deals to achieve your sales goals.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000-122,000 in your second year. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
