What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on approach will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure you are continuously developing your sales techniques and strategies.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in recognition programs, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, which celebrates top performers. Hibu is committed to fostering a community-focused organization, and you will be encouraged to contribute to this culture while achieving your personal sales goals.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with the potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You can expect year-one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $110,000, with opportunities for income growth in subsequent years.
