What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, building relationships with clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. Throughout your career at Hibu, you will receive ongoing support from the company to help you achieve your sales targets and grow your income year over year through residual commissions.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year between $90,000 and $110,000, and the potential to grow your income in subsequent years.
