What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to clients, leveraging your training and support from Hibu. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that drive their business success. Your role will involve both in-person meetings and remote interactions, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have access to ongoing company-wide support to help you achieve your sales targets and grow your career.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000, with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, and in your second year between $115,000 and $130,000. You will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as expense allowances and mileage reimbursement. The company is committed to recognizing and rewarding your efforts through incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
