What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes offering services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments.
You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. Your role will involve performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. You will build strong client relationships, working within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive compensation structure with year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings can reach between $100,000-$120,000. You will receive comprehensive training to set you up for success in your sales career.
