What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation in a competitive market. You will engage with potential clients, showcasing Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings and helping them understand how these solutions can benefit their businesses. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's services and close sales to meet your targets.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure you are set up for success. Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and the potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You can expect on-target earnings in your first year to be between $90,000 and $100,000, with the opportunity to earn more as you grow in your role. In your second year, on-target earnings can increase to between $105,000 and $125,000.
