What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct cold calls to business owners within your designated territory to set appointments and perform needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a diverse range of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will also have access to best-in-class training to help you excel in your role and achieve your earning potential.
What we offer
Hibu provides a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. You will have the opportunity to earn between $90,000 and $100,000 in your first year, with the potential to increase your earnings to between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year.
