What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling and prospecting to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.

You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will also benefit from best-in-class training provided by Hibu to ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, and year two on-target earnings between $105,000 and $125,000.
