What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will drive user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, your total on-target earnings could range from $115,000 to $135,000.

You will participate in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field activities. You will receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed. You will also benefit from ongoing company-wide support and recognition programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.
