What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel. You will also have ongoing support from the company to help you navigate your sales journey. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both your personal earnings and the overall success of the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $87,000 and potentially higher in subsequent years.
