What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing solutions. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also benefit from ongoing support from the company, helping you to continuously improve your sales techniques and strategies. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including the chance to participate in the annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.
