What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with Hibu's offerings. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role.

You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $54,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $105,000 and $115,000, and the potential to earn even more through commissions and bonuses. You will be recognized for your achievements and have the chance to participate in annual incentive trips, further motivating you to reach your sales goals.
