What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model — this includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's offerings can help their businesses thrive.

You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory — your goal will be to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments to understand how Hibu can best serve your clients. Building strong client relationships will be essential, as you will help small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management.

You will have the opportunity to grow your own book of business — this means not only closing new deals but also nurturing existing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and you will be rewarded with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

What we offer

Hibu provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage — you will also receive a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement. The earning potential is significant, with year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 and year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000.
