What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and sales growth. You will leverage best-in-class training to develop your sales skills and strategies, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in your role. You will be supported by ongoing companywide resources and mentorship as you navigate your sales career.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with first-year earnings projected between $85,000 and $95,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of.
