What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed in the digital landscape.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in sales and achieve your targets. You will also have access to ongoing company-wide support to ensure your continued growth and success.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary and the potential for uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your first year, you can expect total on-target earnings around $90,000, with the possibility of earning more as you grow in your role. In your second year, total on-target earnings can range from $104,000 to $122,000, reflecting your success and contributions.
