What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve identifying sales opportunities, conducting presentations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. You will benefit from a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets.
You will have the chance to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to reach around $90,000 in your first year, and even higher in subsequent years. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. You will also participate in recognition programs and incentives, including the opportunity to join the annual Presidentβs Club Trip for top performers.
