What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships. Your role will involve becoming a digital marketing expert, allowing you to provide valuable insights and solutions to your clients. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and local client meetings. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, and collaborating with your local team to achieve sales targets. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

What we offer

Hibu offers a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, providing you with the support you need to succeed in your role. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year and ranging from $104,000 to $122,000 in your second year.
