What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach, becoming a digital marketing expert in the process. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with your team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will engage with clients both in the field and from your home office, creating a hybrid sales environment that allows for flexibility and productivity. Your success will be measured by your ability to build long-term relationships with clients and achieve sales targets.
