What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and sales growth in a flourishing industry. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and developing strategies to convert leads into customers. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, as you achieve your sales goals.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000-$109,000 in your first year and $104,000-$122,000 in your second year.
