What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that builds long-term client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide tailored solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and offer digital marketing expertise that drives their success.

You will work closely with your local team, collaborating to achieve sales targets and celebrate wins. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for new clients, conducting sales presentations, and following up with leads to close deals. You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring you stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 in your first year and ranging from $104,000 to $122,000 in your second year.
