What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with first-year on-target earnings projected between $90,000 and $100,000. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.
