What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. Your role will involve conducting strong needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

You will perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, and you will work within a wide variety of industries, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities. You will also benefit from best-in-class training provided by Hibu, setting you up for success in your sales career.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $46,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $90,000 and $100,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, on-target earnings can reach between $105,000 and $125,000. You will also receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, making this role financially rewarding.
