What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will engage with potential customers, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's services and close sales.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets, managing your pipeline, and utilizing your skills to maximize your earnings through commissions and bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to participate in company-wide support initiatives and recognition programs, contributing to a positive team culture.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $46,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $90,000 and $100,000, and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years. You will receive an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. The company is committed to providing a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally.
