What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems that power Hightouch's Customer Studio product. You will work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing RESTful APIs that enable seamless data activation from cloud data warehouses. You will also optimize existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring that they can handle increasing loads as the product grows. Collaborating with the data engineering team, you will help build data pipelines that support analytics and reporting functionalities. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices, ensuring high-quality code and documentation. As part of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of backend technologies. You will also engage in system design discussions, helping to shape the architecture of future products.
