What you'll do

As an Implementation Manager at Hightouch, you will take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle for our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. This includes executing the technical aspects of customer onboarding and ensuring that Hightouch integrates seamlessly into their existing data infrastructure. You will work closely with Technical Architects to understand customer needs and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process. Your role will involve managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation phase and providing ongoing support to customers post-implementation. Your expertise will help drive customer success and satisfaction, making a meaningful impact on their marketing workflows.

What we offer

Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $140,000-$180,000 OTE per year, which is location independent due to our remote-first policy. We also provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
