What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Invoca, you will lead the successful deployment of our industry-leading Call Tracking and Analytics solution across a diverse portfolio of customers. You will report to the Senior Manager of Implementation and be responsible for managing projects that span four customer segments. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that drives product adoption and long-term success for our clients. You will work closely with teams in the US and the UK, optimizing onboarding processes and developing best practices that enhance customer satisfaction.
You will play a critical role in guiding customers through technical implementations, leveraging your project management skills to balance multiple engagements effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in supporting customers in achieving their goals with Invoca. You will contribute to the overall success of the implementation team by developing strategies that enhance the customer journey and drive product adoption.
What we offer
Invoca offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $95,000, plus an annual bonus.
