What you'll do

As the first People Partner at Hightouch, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we support our teams — you will act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and managers, providing insights on employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategies. Your work will directly impact how we scale our people operations globally.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business goals — this includes creating frameworks for performance reviews, employee development, and compensation structures. Your insights will help us foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.

What we offer

Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$220,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
