What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing the core platform that powers Hightouch's Customer Data Platform, which is critical to the company's success. You will collaborate with marketing and growth teams to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions. Your work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the user experience across multiple products.

You will take ownership of the design process, from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring that the designs align with the overall product vision and user needs. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.
