What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing the next generation of AI-driven marketing tools that empower users to make real-time, data-informed decisions. You will engage in 0-1 product work, where you will have the opportunity to define design principles and establish best practices for the team. Your work will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, as well as creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate your vision.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints. As part of a dynamic team, you will iterate on your designs based on user feedback and testing, continuously improving the user experience. You will also have the chance to mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
