What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at mParticle, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and partners to showcase the capabilities of our Intelligent Customer Data Platform. You will work alongside the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, helping to qualify technical requirements and influence decision-making processes. Your role will involve demonstrating the platform's value through tailored presentations and technical demonstrations, ensuring that potential clients understand how mParticle can meet their needs. You will also advocate for customer value, ensuring that their insights are activated effectively to enhance their customer engagement strategies.
