Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering or technical sales, ideally with experience in software or AI products. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are passionate about helping clients succeed with innovative solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer needs are met. You are adaptable and willing to travel up to 50% as needed to meet with clients and support their journeys with our products.
What you'll do
As a Sales Engineer at DevRev, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to demonstrate the value of our AI platform, Computer. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor presentations that showcase how our solutions can address their specific challenges. You will also provide technical support during the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will gather feedback from customers to help shape future product developments and enhancements. Your role will be crucial in building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their success with our platform.
