Overview

Hightouch is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager to oversee a team of Technical Architects and ensure Fortune 5000 customers maximize their value from the Hightouch platform. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in cloud technologies.

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in leading teams that bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer success. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at developing your team's technical capabilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at navigating complex technical discussions with enterprise clients. You possess a growth mindset and are motivated to achieve goals while treating team members with compassion and kindness. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks is a plus. Familiarity with marketing workflows and the ability to understand customer needs in the context of AI-driven solutions will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Technical Architects who are responsible for managing the entire customer journey from kick-off to onboarding and ongoing success. You will develop and implement best practices that ensure your team delivers exceptional service to our largest clients. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring that your team is equipped with the technical knowledge necessary to support our customers effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from the Hightouch platform. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning and execution to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
