What you'll do

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Transaction Services, you will play a crucial role in managing the transaction services initiatives and processes at Hiive. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including investors, sellers, legal counsel, and issuers, to deliver outstanding client service and achieve successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include compiling documents and signature packages, obtaining necessary signatures for transaction closings, and assisting in the ongoing management of fund investments. You will also support investor relations and contribute to the overall efficiency of transaction processes.
