What you'll do
As a Senior Trading Support Analyst at Ridgeline, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support for our SaaS platform. You will focus on trading and start-of-day workflows, serving as an escalation point for complex issues while partnering closely with engineering, product, and third-party providers. Your responsibilities will include unblocking customers quickly and ensuring they start every trading day with confidence.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs, strengthening Ridgeline’s reputation as a trusted partner in our customers’ success. Your role will also involve leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and improve the overall customer support experience. You will take ownership of high-impact issues and ensure that customers receive timely and effective solutions.
