What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers, guiding them through a critical growth period for Hiive. You will remain deeply involved in the data stack, engaging in requirements gathering, code reviews, and data modeling to ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions. Your leadership will promote collaboration and a positive culture within the Vancouver office, driving both technical excellence and team engagement.

You will oversee the activation of data for business operations, focusing on automated marketing, operational alerting, and downstream systems. Managing self-serve business intelligence data products will be a key responsibility, helping to empower teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions. You will also play a crucial role in scaling the analytics engineering function as Hiive continues to grow and innovate in the fintech space.
