Your expertise in tools like dbt and Looker allows you to create intuitive data structures that empower teams across the organization. You are passionate about transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams in Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to develop metrics that provide a consistent view of business performance. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner makes you a trusted resource for stakeholders at all levels.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for optimizing data models to ensure they are efficient and scalable. You understand the importance of data quality and governance, and you take pride in delivering reliable metrics that the business can depend on.

Desirable

Experience with cloud data warehouses and ETL processes is a plus, as is familiarity with SQL and data visualization best practices. You are always eager to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and business intelligence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the presentation and semantic layers of CLEAR's data stack. You will design, build, and optimize data models that serve as the foundation for analytics across the organization. Your work will involve developing metrics that drive a consistent view of business performance, enabling teams to make informed decisions based on reliable data.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their data needs and ensure that the analytics solutions you provide are tailored to their requirements. This includes defining the semantic and analytical layers that drive clarity across the business, transforming complex data into clear, trusted metrics and models.

You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and providing training to users on how to leverage the analytics tools effectively. Your contributions will help foster a data-driven culture at CLEAR, where insights are readily accessible and actionable.
