What you'll do

As the Director of Design Engineering, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Design Engineering function within Hims & Hers. You will work closely with the VP of Industrial and Packaging Design to define the strategy and standards for product development. Your role will involve collaborating with manufacturing partners and OEMs to ensure that design concepts are feasible and can be produced at scale. You will guide the team in developing high-quality products that meet customer needs while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
