Desirable

Experience with predictive maintenance procedures and familiarity with lab equipment is a plus. You may have certifications related to facilities maintenance or specific systems like HVAC. A background in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings can also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Facilities Technician II, Compounding, you will be responsible for applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all lab equipment in the pharmacy. You will analyze and troubleshoot maintenance problems in various areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems. You will work under general supervision, interacting with your supervisor regularly to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve documenting maintenance activities and communicating any significant issues to the management team. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the lab environment meets all safety and operational standards.
