What you'll do

As a Facilities Technician I, you will be responsible for providing mid-level support to the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department. Your primary focus will be on applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all critical production equipment in the warehouse. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and communicate maintenance problems in areas such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC. You will work closely with your supervisor to receive guidance and feedback on your work, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will also be involved in routine inspections and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely. Your role will require you to document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to your supervisor. You will play a key role in maintaining the operational integrity of the facility, contributing to the overall success of Hims & Hers in delivering high-quality health and wellness solutions.
