What you'll do

In this role, you will direct sterile compounding activities within a modular cleanroom suite, ensuring compliance with USP <797> and <800> guidelines. You will maintain and enforce proper aseptic techniques and cleanroom standards, overseeing the daily operations of the compounding team. Your responsibilities will include providing training and technical guidance to staff, ensuring that all compounding activities meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will also be responsible for supervising personnel, conducting regular audits of compounding practices, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, and you will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the compounding team. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient needs are met and that the highest standards of care are delivered.
